As we look forward to 2023, we reflect on 2022. 

The year began with increasing uncertainty over COVID-19 and further restrictions, but as we approach the end of the year we are pleased to see the vibrancy of our cities returning.

We all understand that the commute has changed, but so too has the parking technology and focus on customer experience.

As we look back, we reflect on some of our key developments for 2022;

• With the increase in people demanding the convenience of the Wilson Parking App and parking flexibility, we launched Daily Pass Bundles allowing customers to lock-in the value and select when they want to park
• As companies moved to look at how they can maximise the parking they have available, we launched Shuffle. The new way to manage staff parking
• As more people become aware of climate issues and the impact that EV's can have to curb climate change we released more EV Chargers (and growing) across our portfolio. 
• With social issues front of mind, we continued to build on our Reconcilitiation Action Plan, focusing on how we can be proactive in recruitment and procurement, but also how we can use our car parks as a way to celebrate Aborginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
