7 – Eleven and Wilson Parking: Delivering a better customer experience for everyone

At Wilson Parking, we have an ongoing commitment to improve customer experience and drive engaged customers through our digital channels. We are continually looking for ways to add greater value for our customer base. Customer research and parking consumer insights has revealed that rewards and discounts are valued highly when using parking related apps.

That’s why we’ve enhanced one of our most popular customer offers, 7-Eleven Fuel Perks, making it more rewarding, with greater value and easier to access for all Wilson Parking members.

By strengthening this customer offer, we're encouraging greater download rates and more engagement with the Wilson Parking App. This builds a more loyal and engaged customer base. These changes support increased occupancy and long-term value for your asset.

Driving value for all customers
This always-on offer makes the reward accessible to all Wilson Parking customers not just those who have access to prepay online, making it a more inclusive, accessible and rewarding offer. It’s a key factor in delivering loyal and engaged customers through our digital channels, ultimately optimising income and occupancy in all our car parks.

Since launching the updated offer, we've seen seen a 200% increase in redemptions and litres purchased.

What’s changed?

We’ve improved the offer in two ways:

No prepayment required
Previously customers needed to prepay using the Wilson Parking App to earn a 7-Eleven perk, valid for 7 days from time of earning. Now, all Wilson Parking App members can access this reward. Customers simply log in to the app after refuelling at any 7-Eleven store, activate the offer from the Perks section, and scan the barcode at the POS before paying.

Bigger fuel discount
We’ve increased the discount from 5c/l to 6c/l, across select 7-Eleven Mobil fuel products, including premium varieties. That’s more savings straight back into the pockets of our users.
