The Police Association of South Australia benefits from parking Membership services

The Police Association of South Australia is the oldest police union in Australia and provides services and support to more than 6,000 members including serving police officers, new graduates, and retired officers.

It has been critical during the COVID-19 pandemic to enable South Australian police officers to continue to work.

For their safety and convenient travel into and out of the Adelaide CBD, police officers preferred to use their private vehicles to avoid person-to-person contact on public transport. The Police Association of South Australia therefore sought a partner to provide safe parking for its officers and broader members.

Wilson Parking Australia was selected through a competitive tender as a corporate partner to provide parking for the Police Association of South Australia.

Wilson Parking were able to offer the Police Association a Membership package through the Wilson Parking Card, enabling members to benefit from exclusive offers across a range of car parks across Adelaide. This service enables officers to park at car parks close to the location that they are stationed.

Secure off-street parking enables police officers to park safely after hours, on shift work, and to not continually move their vehicles, as they had to with short-stay on-street parking.
