International Women's Day 2025
#AccelerateAction

International Women’s Day is more than just a moment of recognition—it’s a call to action. This year, Wilson Parking embraces the IWD 2025 theme: “Accelerate Action”, recognising the need to drive gender equality forward.

To mark the occasion, our teams had the opportunity to hear from Holly Ransom, a globally recognised leader in driving real-world change. Named one of Australia’s 100 Most Influential Women, Holly has interviewed Barack Obama, delivered a Peace Charter to the Dalai Lama, and was handpicked by Sir Richard Branson as a Future Game Changer to watch. In her session across Wilson Group, Holly focused on turning ideas into action—providing practical tools to challenge the status quo, take ownership, and drive meaningful change.

At Wilson Parking, our people are at the heart of our success. As part of the Wilson Group, we foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that prioritises health, well-being, and social responsibility of our employees. We are committed to:

  • Being an Equal Opportunity Employer
  • Creating a diverse, inclusive and transparent workplace
  • Closing the gender pay gap

We are proud of our progress:

  • Our gender diversity is reflected in a nearly balanced workforce, with 45% women and 55% men in office roles
  • Our median gender pay gap is just 0.8% for base salaries and 3.9% for total remuneration, significantly lower than the national median of 13.6% for base salaries and 18.3% for total remuneration.*
  • We have achieved gender pay neutrality but recognise the need to improve female representation in certain areas of the business.

To support gender equality, we offer a gender-neutral paid parental leave policy, allowing all parents to choose their role as the primary caregiver - removing gender bias in family and career decisions.

We invest in the Women of Wilson program, which supports and empowers our female leaders through mentorship, professional development, and a platform for driving meaningful action.

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to action. Together, let’s #AccelerateAction and speed up progress towards true gender equality.
