Wilson Parking wins awards for Outstanding Innovation and Customer Service at Parking Industry and ABA Awards
Wilson Parking is proud to win two new awards at the recent Parking Industry Awards 2020
Wilson Parking Australia celebrates two wins at the Parking Industry Awards 2020. An annual event, the awards are hosted by Parking Australia, with a judging panel formed by leading figures across the Australian parking industry.
At the virtual ceremony, Wilson Parking came away as winners for two awards – Outstanding Customer Service and Outstanding Marketing & Communications. The two awards are a recognition of Wilson Parking’s focus on the customer, especially during the last year which has been challenging for all.
Wilson Parking is proud to add this recent recognition to the awards received just last month from Australian Business Awards, announcing Wilson Parking as winners in three categories - Business Innovation, Digital Customer Experience and Service Excellence.
Both awards recognise Wilson Parking’s focus on the customer through providing excellent customer service, product innovation and engaged customer communications. The Wilson App which was celebrated in the ABA Awards is currently tracking at a 4.8 star rating in the App Store and 4.5 in the Google Play store – showing customers appreciation for an easier way to park. Whereas the Outstanding Marketing & Communications awards from Parking Industry Awards celebrates the flexibility of Wilson Parking’s digital solutions, to pre-book parking and benefit from a convenient, touch-free way to park and pay.
