Wilson Parking continues to evolve its parking solutions to offer more flexibility and value for our customers. Our targeted campaigns, engage a diverse audience and enable customer growth. We use a variety of media (which may vary per campaign) such as TV ads or program sponsorship, radio, social media, and outdoor advertising, to maximise our outreach and connect with commuters.

Our integrated campaigns deliver significant customer growth. Between the recent campaign period, October 2023 and April 2024, our Wilson Parking App experienced an 18% customer growth following the launch of targeted campaigns.

The Super Saver Campaign, running from October to December 2023, attracted 1.2k new customers by offering a 10% discount on regular weekday Flexi rates for those who plan their trips in advance. This campaign was promoted through eDM, radio, outdoor billboards, train stations, and TV ads.

Similarly, the Summer Sale Campaign, active in December 2023 and January 2024, generated over 8k prepay transactions by offering an all day discounted parking rate, free from Early Bird restrictions. This campaign was advertised across various channels such as eDM, outdoor billboards, train stations, radio, and Google Ads.

Our latest ‘Plan ahead and save’ advertising campaign highlights how Wilson Parking, using the Wilson Parking App, provides our customers with flexibility and real value to their daily routines. We understand that busy lifestyles demand flexible parking solutions. That's why we focus on offering convenient options to suit all schedules.  The campaign is currently in market with advertising across NSW and VIC and featuring TV ads, outdoor billboards, and street furniture, as well as national promotion across our digital channels.

To further support our customers, we have collaborated with 7-Eleven to offer a fuel discount across the markets that 7-Eleven operate. Each time a customer prepays and parks with us, they will receive a voucher for 5 cents off per litre. This collaboration helps address the high cost of living by providing substantial savings on fuel expenses and enhances the overall value we provide, ensuring our customers receive benefits beyond just parking.

Through targeted campaigns and the introduction of new flexible products and Perks collaborations, we continue to drive value and convenience to our new and returning customers.
