How do I contact Wilson Parking?

We're here to help!

To make a claim for an unexpected charge on your parking, you'll need to complete the Claims form and attach a copy of your receipt or financial statement showing the charge you wish to query.

If you are stuck in a car park and require immediate assistance with entry or exit, press the intercom button at the pay machine or boom gate to speak with our 24/7 ParkWatch team.

For real time assistance with an upcoming or previous booking, use our in-app support feature in the Wilson Parking App. You can even submit a claim directly through the app if an unexpected charge has been made.

For all other enquiries, call our National Customer Care Team on 1800 PARKING (1800 727 546), and follow the prompts;

Press 0 - If you're stuck in a car park

Press 1 - Online Booking enquiries, cancellations or to request a refund

Press 2 - Enquire about a new monthly parking subscription or a Business Account 

Press 3 - Enquire about an existing parking account that is invoiced monthly, including; request additional cards or bays, assistance logging into your account or enquire about your invoice

Press 4 - General parking enquiries regarding our car parks such as opening hours, parking rates etc.

Press 5 - Parking Breaches

Press 6 - Report an incident in a car park

Press 7 - For all other general enquiries
