Transport Park&Ride Claims Form

Make a claim to request a refund for an unexpected charge on your parking at a Transport Park&Ride facility.

  • If you are using an Opal card to access Park&Ride, and are requesting a refund for a payment charged at the car park exit gate, you should complete the refund form below. 
  • If you are using Transport Connect to access Park&Ride, you can request a review of a parking charge in your Transport Connect account. Simply select the transaction from your ‘Activity’ list, add the additional details required and your refund request will be lodged for review. Click here for Transport Connect
Make a claim to request a refund for an unexpected charge on your parking.

To submit a claim, you'll need a copy of your receipt or financial statement showing the charge that you are claiming for and details of the car park where the charge occurred.

Important: If the charge on your statement shows "Transport Connect" rather than "Wilson Parking," we are unable to process this refund through this form. Request your refund directly through the Transport Connect app:

  1. Log in to your Transport Connect account
  2. Select 'Help & Support' from the menu
  3. Click 'Create a help ticket'
  4. Complete the details under 'Request Help'
Payment & security details
Tell us the card or device you tapped at the car park exit. This can be different from how you tapped on for your public transport trip — and the exit tap is the one we use to find your payment.

How to find your virtual card number:

Apple Pay

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Scroll down to Wallet & Apple Pay
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. Scroll down to see the Device Account Number (only the last 4 digits are visible)

Google Pay

  1. Open the Google Pay app
  2. Tap Payment
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. Scroll down to find the Virtual Account Number (only the last 4 digits are visible)

Samsung Pay

  1. Open Samsung Pay
  2. Tap Menu, and then tap Cards
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. The last four digits of the Digital card number will be displayed
