Avoid delays by booking ahead
We are aware that some of our customers have recently had issues with our online booking system and we apologise for that.
We are working hard to have everything back to normal as soon as possible, but in the meantime, we want to share some tips to help make your booking experience easier;
- Avoid peak times, especially early in the morning and make your booking in advance.
- We recommend not making your booking on the morning you need to park. If possible, make your booking in the afternoon or evening prior to your entry date.
- If you are having problems booking in the App, head to our booking page and make your booking online.
Please note that you won’t be able to redeem a Daily Pass Bundle voucher via our website, but it will be saved to use at a future time.
We understand the frustration that these interruptions may have caused and are grateful for your patience with our service and our staff.
We hope to be back to normal service as soon as possible.
