Are you a Wilson Parking App user?

For a faster and easier claims process, visit the 'Support' section of the app, then tap 'Report an issue' at the top of the screen.

Make a claim to request a refund for an unexpected charge on your parking.

To submit a claim, you'll need a copy of your receipt or financial statement showing the charge that you are claiming for and details of the car park where the charge occurred.

Apple Pay

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Scroll down to Wallet & Apple Pay
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. Scroll down to see the Device Account Number (only last 4 digits are visible)

Google Pay

  1. Open the Google Pay app
  2. Tap Payment
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. Scroll down to find the Virtual Account Number (only last 4 digits are visible)

Samsung Pay

  1. Open Samsung Pay
  2. Tap Menu, and then tap Cards
  3. Tap on the card that was overcharged
  4. The last four digits of the Digital card number will be displayed
