What is the Wilson Parking App?
The Wilson Parking app makes it easy to search for parking closest to your destination, compare prices, and book your perfect park in seconds. It even shows you the fastest route to your car park. Just one more way we’re helping you to do more with your day. Get more info here
Does the app support Monthly Parking customers?
Monthly parkers can log into the app using their existing log in details or by creating a new online user. If you currently haven't logged into our online services before, please call the customer care team on 1800 727 546 so they can set this up for you before you sign into the app.
Monthly Parkers will have access to their invoices and billing history via the app as well as using your Wilson Parking card at other car parks and entry/exit device for pre-booking online.
Can I book at all car parks via the app?
The app supports all Online and Wilson Parking Card enabled car parks in Australia.
The Wilson Parking app now supports CarPlay. Now you can find car parks near your location, or close to your destination, and view parking rates and opening hours. You can book again at your favourite car parks right from your dashboard, and manage your upcoming bookings. You can also get directions to a car park using Apple Maps.
To use CarPlay, you’ll need:
- An iPhone running iOS 14 or later
- The latest version of the Wilson Parking app (2.3.16 or later)
- A car that supports CarPlay
Simply connect your phone to your CarPlay-supported car, then launch the Wilson Parking app from the CarPlay Home screen. If you can’t see the Wilson Parking app, you may need to swipe to another page of your CarPlay apps.
Can I book using Apple Pay?
Apple Pay isn't supported when you book using CarPlay.
When you make a booking using CarPlay, you need to pay for that booking with a stored credit or debit card. If you already have a stored card in your account, we'll use that card for payment and access at your chosen car park. You can add or change your stored card using the Wilson Parking App on your phone within the Account > Billing section, when you're not driving your car.
Note, you will need to use the physical credit card you used to make your booking, not apple pay from your phone, in order to enter the car park.
Why can't I choose a different time for my booking?
Our CarPlay experience makes booking parking at your favourite car parks quick and easy. Choose a car park and we'll automatically suggest the time and product based on your past booking choices.
If you want to book a different time or product, use the Wilson Parking App on your phone, when you're not driving your car.
Soon, we'll be adding new ways to book a different time or product.
Why can't I complete my booking using CarPlay?
If you receive an error when you try to book your favourite car park with CarPlay, this may be because:
- The parking product you typically book isn't available at your usual date and time
- There are no parking products available at your usual date and time
Use the Wilson Parking App on your phone, when you're not driving your car, to complete your booking.
Can I view, change or cancel my booking using CarPlay?
You can view your next booking on the Next booking tab within CarPlay. You'll see the car park address, entry and exit time, and the method used for access when you arrive at the car park. You can also get directions to the car park using Apple Maps.
You can cancel the booking directly from CarPlay by tapping the Cancel button. To change your booking, use the Wilson Parking App on your phone, when you're not driving your car.
Can I use the Wilson Parking App with Android Auto?
The Wilson Parking App currently only works with Apple CarPlay.
Can I use a Perk or discount code on my CarPlay booking?
If you have a Wilson Parking Perk, or a discount code, that you’d like to use, book your parking using the Wilson Parking App on your phone, when you're not driving your car.
How can I find a car park using the map?
The Find a park map within CarPlay will show you the 12 car parks nearest to your current location. You can move the map by dragging the map with your finger or using the repositioning arrows, depending on your vehicle configuration. Moving the map will show you the car parks closest to that location.
You can select a car park from the list to view its address, parking costs and current opening hours. You can also get directions to the car park using Apple Maps.
I'm having trouble logging in
If you're having issues logging in with an existing username you can use the password reset button on the 'Log in' screen.
If the email address entered does not exist in our systems, try a different email address or set up your account with this email address as a new user.
If you originally set up your account with your Facebook account, you must log in with this account to access your Wilson Parking account.
If you are still unable to access your account, please call our Customer Care Team on 1800 727 546 for assistance.
I can't log in using my Apple account
If you attempt to create a new account, or log in to your existing account, using your Apple ID and receive the following message:
We’ve found an existing Wilson Parking account using the same email address as this Apple ID. Please log in using your existing email address and password.
This means that you have previously created a Wilson Parking account using the same email address. Return to the main log in screen and enter the email address and the password you previously created. If you can’t remember your password, tap the link to reset your password.
If you’re still not able to log in, please contact our National Customer Care Team on 1800 727 546 and they can investigate further for you.
I have an error stating my account is too complex?
If you have multiple accounts or agreements attached to your log in email address the app will have trouble logging you in. If you receive this error please contact our customer care team on 1800 727 546 and they can investigate further for you.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password in the Account section of the App.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in the Account section of the App.
This will update your password for all our online tools.
Will my ePark login work on the Wilson Parking app?
Currently ePark is not supported through the Wilson Parking app. To use the new Parking app you will need to sign up seperately to create a new log in and account.
What payments are accepted with the Wilson Parking App?
What payments are accepted?
To make booking a car park simple and easy, the app requires an active Credit/Debit card. We will send a reminder if the nominated card is set to expire and you can update payment details via the app or by logging in online.
Can I use Apple/Android Pay with my booking?
Apple Pay is accepted as payment in the Wilson Parking App only. Google Pay and Samsung Pay are not supported at this time.
When booking online, you will nominate the way you'll identify yourself when you arrive at the car park. This is how we link you with your pre-booking, and open the entry and exit gate.
If you booked online or in our app using a credit card or Wilson Parking Card
You need to use the physical plastic card at the car park. You can't use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.
If you booked in our app using Apple Pay
You need to use Apple Pay on the iPhone used to make the booking. You can't use a physical credit card.
