About Wilson Parking Cards

A Wilson Parking card (formerly Wilson One Card) is a cashless parking card that gives you access to over 120 car parks across Australia and invoices all your charges to one account on a monthly basis. Talk about a time saver! A Wilson Parking card lets you skip the queues at the payment machines and keeps all your parking in one, easy to access place.

Your first card is free, but if you need a replacement there is a fee of $33 (inc GST). There are no ongoing administration fees associated with having a Wilson Parking account.

Parking cost will vary depending on how long you park, the car park you are in, and the time of day / week.
 
To view all of the rates available for a car park, go to www.wilsonparking.com.au, download the Wilson Parking app or check the rate board when you arrive at the car park. There are no ongoing administration fees associated with having a Wilson Parking account.

Applying for a Wilson Parking card

To sign up for a Wilson Parking account, follow these steps:

  1. Click here to start the sign up process online or use the mobile app sign up process
  2. Type your email address and click 'Send Verification Code' - please do not close the signup window
  3. A verification code will be sent to your email inbox from Microsoft on behalf of Wilson Parking - make sure to check your spam folder
  4. Copy and paste the code into the Verification Code box and click Verify Code
  5. Enter a password and display name
  6. Click Create
  7. On the next two screens, input your personal and payment details

Our team will review your application and email you as soon as it's approved and your card is on the way.

Please note: if you have already received a verification code but exited the sign up screen before inputting it, you will need to restart and send the verification code again.

Once your application is approved your personalised Wilson Parking card will take up to 14 business days to be printed and sent to you. If you need to start parking sooner, please contact our Customer Care team on 1800 727 546 for assistance.

Using your Wilson Parking card

Your Wilson Parking card is used just like you would use a credit card at the car park. You can tap your card using the contactless reader or insert it into the silver credit card slot.

No, your card will be active and ready to use as soon as you receive it, unless otherwise advised by a member of our team or on the promotional material received with your card.

No, your Wilson Parking card does not need to be pre-loaded with credit. You will receive an invoice at the end of the month with your parking charges.

Wilson Parking credit can be used on any casual parking, including Earlybird, night, or weekend rates. Just drive up to the boom gate and tap your Wilson Parking card on entry and exit – the credit will be applied to your monthly invoice.

Promotional Wilson Parking credit cannot be used for any pre-bookings.

No, your Wilson Parking card does not take money out of any bank account when you tap or swipe it. You will receive an invoice at the end of the month with your parking charges.

I've lost my Wilson Parking card, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible by calling 1800 727 546. They will deactivate your card to make sure no one else uses it, and assist you with a replacement.

Can I get special/discounted rates?

Yes, mostly. Wilson Parking cardholders are eligible for time-based Special Event rates where the only conditions are that you enter and exit at specific times, as displayed on our website, app and at the car park.

Wilson Parking cardholders may not be eligible for rates with other conditions, like getting a ticket validated before exit.

Yes, Wilson Parking cardholders are eligible for Night and Weekend rates.

Monthly Parking and my Wilson Parking Card

Yes, you can use your Wilson Parking card at any car park that accepts Wilson Parking cards unless otherwise advised by your employer or a member of our team. Casual rates will apply for parking at all car parks other than the location where you have your monthly agreement.

You can find locations which accept Wilson Parking cards via the Wilson Parking app or www.wilsonparking.com.au. You can filter your search using the car park features option. 

Online Booking and my Wilson Parking Account

You can select your Wilson Parking card as your entry credential to the car park when you book parking online. The car park must be a Wilson Parking card car park, and you will still need to nominate a credit card for payment.

At this stage you are unable to pay for pre-bookings using your Wilson Parking card. However, you can use your Wilson Parking card as your entry credential for your booking if the car park accepts Wilson Parking cards.
