From 30 May 2019, Wilson Parking members will no longer be able to earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Points on their purchases.
Customers who book online through Book a Bay or the Wilson Parking App must park at the parking facility associated with their purchase on or before 30 May 2019 to be eligible to earn Points.
Wilson One members will receive Velocity Points for parking transactions made up to and including 30 May 2019. Monthly Parking customers will receive Velocity Points for their May 2019 invoice.
Missing Points Claims
If you did not enter your Velocity membership number at the time of booking, you have until 30 June 2019 to submit your claim for missing Points. After this time, no further claims will be accepted.
To submit a new claim, complete the form below for each parking invoice that you wish to query. You cannot claim for purchases more than 3 months after the exit date of parking for online bookings or more than 3 months after the issue date of the parking invoice for Wilson One.
You will be contacted via email within 4 weeks with the outcome of your claim.
**Velocity members can earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Points for specific Wilson Parking products detailed below. In order to earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must enter their Velocity membership number where required for each service. To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member's first and last name from their Velocity account must match exactly the account name registered with Wilson Parking for Book A Bay and/or Wilson One. All purchases are governed by Wilson Parking's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Book A Bay
From 31 May 2016, Velocity members will earn 5 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points for every $1 spent when they purchase a Book A Bay product via
www.bookabay.com.au or
www.wilsonparking.com.au. Points will be allocated 28 days after the Velocity member parks at the parking facility associated with their Book A Bay purchase. For available Book A Bay locations, go to
www.bookabay.com.au. Purchases must be made online directly through Book A Bay and Wilson Parking, prior to parking, in order to be eligible to earn Velocity Points. Velocity Points will be earned on the parking product amount purchased, excluding GST. You will not earn Velocity Points on any booking, SMS or other fees and charges that are additional to the parking product price. Velocity members must enter their Velocity membership number and use their correct Velocity member name at the time of placing the order to be eligible to earn Velocity Points. To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be the person who makes the purchase and the member's first and last name from their Velocity Account must match the account name registered with Wilson Parking for Book A Bay. No Velocity Points will be earned when an order is subsequently refunded
Wilson One
From 28 October 2016, Velocity members will earn 2 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points for every $1 spent on parking services via Wilson One. Points will be allocated within 35 days of payment. Velocity Points will be earned on the parking product amount purchased, excluding GST. You will not earn Velocity Points on any levy, access device, administration or other fees and charges that are additional to the parking product price. To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, the Velocity member must be the person who makes the purchase and the member's first and last name from their Velocity account must match the account name registered with Wilson Parking for the Wilson One Members Service Centre. Velocity members must enter their Velocity membership number via the Wilson One Members Service Centre and use their correct Velocity member name to be eligible to earn Points
To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the
Member Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
